Honeybrook School of Dancing
We are a local dance school operating in Balmain for over 80 years. Honeybrook School of Dancing is a family run business whose aim is to provide children through to adults fun and challenging classes. We offer all styles of dance from RAD ballet, jazz, stretch/technique, tap, singing, drama, acrobatics and boys’ classes.
Classes for Term 1 2024 resume on Saturday the 3rd of February.
Royal Academy of Dance
Honeybrook School of Dancing is proud of our association with the Royal Academy of Dance Australia. For over 80 years we have hosted exams for our students from ages 6 through to 18 to provide them opportunities to further their careers in dance.
As part of our commitment to our students we have four qualified RAD teachers including Miss Leanne who has been teaching the syllabus for the last 40 years!
Honeybrook School of Dancing has also provided mentoring to students who wish to become qualified themselves. It is all part of our love for dance and our extended Honeybrook family.

Here’s a place for everyone who loves dancing. From tiny tots through to mature adults. You don’t need to be the best – you just need to want to learn and do your best. The teachers are brilliant and great mentors too.

I loved everything about Honeybrooks. The tight-knit community atmosphere provided the perfect opportunity for teaching young talented dancers. If not for the love of the teachers, students and families involved, I wouldn't be the dancer, nor the person I am today.
